Dear System Developer,Please solve this problem. The system several time off line. I cannot remote it via handphone even though wifi is in good connection. Try to reboot the router also don’t resolve the issue.

Please fix the offline problem. I see so many people complaining about the offline issue. I dont see you take any actions or trying to improve the system at least. People who are staying far away from home can’t arm/ disarm alarm. I too face this problem already and had to disarm it manually. This is really disappointing since this can cause annoyance among neighbours. Look at the situation, assuming Im so far away and have to jump on the next flight just to disarm the alarm or giving another situation, I have to wake up in the middle of the night and have to drive far just to disarm manually. Please provide excellent customer service.

User for this app 1 year, the latest month always cannot connect during morning session. Hope can fixed the bug soon. The app is good to use.

Gets notification but when i open the app it does not connect at all. Constantly “connecting...” as if it simply has problem getting the information from server.Tried logging out and now i can’t even log back in. Please fix this issue soon, what if I am not home or an emergency happened?
