User Friendly & Easy to Use

As a 1st time sign up User, 1st time Flight Booking User, this is as Easy as ABC or the The Click right under our finger which by pass all the hustle & bustle of the conventional way of booking.

The apps be reload for such a long time and my booking did not appear at all????

Please upgrade you apps. The loading time is hella long, and at the end of the day it stated as “oops, something went wrong”. I received email stated my booking got rescheduled to another date, but when i tried to check through apps, it just didnt appear anything. How should i know if the email i receive is legit or not if you did not update in the apps??? Luckily i still have some common sense and able to use my brain to login through website which a hassle but at least it didnt disappoint me!

Always full or processing errors on Mac O/S and iphone app

The website and app is not very stable with frequent processing errors in both the website (for Mac OS) and app for iphone. I have been using scoot quite frequently for my flights and each time I need to retry multiple times to (hopefully) get a ticket. The on board flight experience and staff’s professionalism are great but the app/website user interface has been testing the limit of my patience. Please improve!
