Potential as writing learning app

A decent drawing learning app but I mainly used this app to learn writing hiragana & katakana. It will be great if you offer kanji too (included in premium subscription or as separate in-app purchase). In fact, please expand to other languages’ writing system!

Yet more scummy business practices.

Another great, education idea ruined by greed. Not only are 80% of the ‘lessons’ walled behind a ridiculously overpriced yearly subscription, the 5% of free lessons are laughable and the other 15% (not included in the sub btw) require additional payments on top of your sub. AVOID. Companies like this are ruining the app ecosystem.

Hi, I do appreciate you sharing your opinion. I have a chat in the app where you can message me personally to share your thoughts too. I like to hear ideas and add them to ShadowDraw. I am writing this reply for you and also anyone in Malaysia who is interested in ShadowDraw.
We are updating our free lessons. We have had some amazing artists and I think it is important to share their most recent work so I am going to do a full revisit of all the free art. I am working on it for sure. I am just busy with some cute Baby Yoda and Baby Yoda Chibi at the moment :)
There is some art that is for in app purchase only. This is because the artist would prefer I don't buy their art outright. They would like to be on the revenue share with us. The art that is in the subscription is art we own that we pay hardworking artists around the world for.
The yearly subscription is about the same price around the world. We have talked with people in different countries to figure out a good price for another country and most times we are told to keep our prices consistent. Please tell me what you think a good monthly price could be for Malaysia.
Also we don't have adds because we have a lot of young people in ShadowDraw and we don't they should have to see gambling slot machine ads. They are the ads that pay the most so that is why I mention them.
We are a very small hardworking team. We take a lot of care to build and think about ShadowDraw and we put all of our life into developing it. What do you think about the monthly subscription? We are also working one teaching handwriting. Do you think that would be a good thing for people to learn in a fun new way?
I really don't want you to feel we are scummy :( The fact that you dislike us so much that you want to write a review really makes me sad. This also tells me that if you really like something you may write a really great review for an app.

So can I ask you a question? What would you like as a number 1 for a how do draw app like ours? Then I will work on earning 1 more star. And then we can grow from there.
Also do you have a drawing app that you really like a lot that teaches you how to draw? If so please tell me about it and I will learn from them about what they do really well.
