Cosy welcoming hotel
You feel welcome from the entrance itself till you enter your vehicle from your check out. Mobile apps is a breeze. The old world charm of Shangri-La really make you relaxed and well taken care off. I will say their human factors in every department really excels as compared to other 5 Stars. The Horizon lounge is full of smiling accommodating staff. The in charge is pars excellence. That will make me want to come back more frequent
Terrible first time experience
I wanted to book a cake and although i have been a member for a long time staying in the hotel chain in HK & Philipp, it was first time to use the app. For umpteen times of trying for hours, it keeps notifying either my email is not registeted or password is wrong. I have confirmed my email with the hotel and Golden Circle sends me promotion updates too; with the password i also tried to change password and with the new password it was the same problem. How reliable can it be when the experience from the outset is frustrating!

Great stay and dinner during Makan and stay promotion
We love it here. Our rooms was upgraded to seaview. The food and rooms were awesome. Definitely a good place to relax away from home. Will definitely come again. We fully utilise the facilities here ( adventure point, pool, bicycle ride, beach). My family had a great time especially my daughter
