Excellent App , Place to shop & after sales

I would like to give a huge shout out to their customer service team, as they help me with my damage & lost item in parcel due to postal provider in my country malaysia. They help me every way to report , assist and give me solution on how to refund , they offered me free refund on the missing item. Willing to post back the item for free! but u do need to take the insurance secure about RM 4.50 in my currency. So thumbs up to their team.

Regarding the product, overall are excellent . I bought about 20pcs of item (shorts, blouse,dress,bodycons etc). Everything excellent from size wise to quality wise. Im a plus size, n its a one stop web for plus size shopper like me!

I hope shein will bring more plus size fashion !

I love how easy it is to shop on SHEIN. Garments can be easily located by keying in one’s choice of style, fabric, size, color, length etc (you have got to see how wide their perimeters of choices are!!). Every garment on sale has measurements and descriptions so you get a pretty good idea of what you are buying. I particularly love that shoppers are encouraged and rewarded for useful and honest reviews which I often rely on for a final decision to purchase of not. The return procedure is very convenient and refunds are efficiently done. I have tried other fashion websites and apps but none match SHEIN’s. So I would enthusiastically encourage SHEIN to all online fashion shoppers. Good job SHEIN!!

Irresponsible for the order out for delivery.

This is the first time in my life after so many years of purchasing products online both local and overseas where I been requested to contact the logistics company myself by google the contact details. There is no support at all. In the system, it showed the delivery attempted 3 times and couldn’t reach me. First of all, my condo guards will take the parcels on behalf ALL THE TIME, secondly, I had never receive single call or message or WhatsApp in these days. Trying to contact SHEIN but been told I need to contact the local logistics myself and sort it out myself. Oh ya, not even provide the contacts details and logistics company name. It’s our responsibility to go view all the order details and google on the contact and to reach out the logistics company. It will be my first and last order on SHEIN! thanks for causing this trouble on my first orders. So that I can just drop this app.
