Dear developer, I write my review as I need some improvement from this app. Overall this app helps a lot in my daily as shell consumer. The only error that always happen is regarding location auto detect after tap ‘pay for fuel’ button. It tooks forever to detect location and the screen stuck on loading page. This kind of problem caused jammed for the other waiting vehicle behind us. Furthermore, some of your station does not provide ATM machine, could you imagine how the situation for cashless consumer with empty tank? This kind of problem happen often, even worst during midnight when the counter does not operate 24H. No one entertaining and the only hope is this app or looking for other gas station. I strongly believe you guys could do more than this. We expect smoothness and quality of this app just like your product. Sincerely from loyal user

First of all, why can’t I redeem 100pts welcome bonuslink reward?

Second of all, some people enjoy to fill up fuel in Liter instead of in RM. Could you please add option for custom amount that is not fixed as per in the current app?

Overall, the app is good and helpful but with just some minor tweaks here and there should be improved.

Easy to use for payment and tracking Bonuslink Loyalty points. Like how I can have a “touch free” experience at the pump payment panel and just do everything in the car before fuelling.

Would suggest a better alternative than to wait for Credit Card/Payment card OTP which severely slowed the final step.

Competitor can utilise faceID or thumbprint for payment on device - Shell should be able to be better than the OTP, which many banks is phasing out as well.
