Spaylater Froze WITHOUT CAUSE

Spaylater froze without cause? They froze my account while i never getting late payment then tried to reactivate again with new account(bcause i deleted my old account cause they didnt review my case and do nothing while keep saying to shop more in shopee), still cant solve? Again?? Then try to lie to keep shopping in shopee to unlock it?? My old account reach gold tier within few months in this year 2025 but did they do something? Nope! Why 5 rating? Would be on top review otherwise they will ignore it!

Spaylater activation takes days and customer service not helpful

Bad customer service with no solution. I told them that I can't activate spaylater and they suggested me several solutions such as restart apps, restart phone, delete and redownload app, clear app cache, clear phone cache and etc. wasted my time and even after telling them that non of these work!!After two days, their customer service still suggest me to clear cache. Al generated response and not even trying to understand my issue. When I brought it to customer service, same response. 3 days and still can't activate spaylater and I just quit and use other app service which easier. Not recommended if you plan to use their spaylater, a false advertisement.

This is really terrible! ShoppePay transfers take 3 days to process, and customer service is extremely slow, failing to resolve issues! If you can't offer instant transfers, just cancel this service—don’t inconvenience your customers. You’ve imposed too many restrictions. I hope you fix this ASAP and provide better convenience!When I asked customer service for help, they just sent me old tutorial videos and told me to follow the steps! But the versions are completely different—how is that supposed to fix the problem? It feels like they’re just stalling for time. This is a total scam!
