Tutor view
I’ve attended class and insert the pic. But then after that i realized its not recorded. So I need to manually add. Unfortunately the pic also needed as an attachment but the picture i took was not saved in my phone previously due to I click the clock out button and its already taken the picture. So please fix that once tutor clock out, the system will received it and no need to manually edit the attendance after that. Other than that the online status pop out at the bottom of the screen is really disturbing. Maybe you can put the indicator at the top of the page green dot to indicate that the tutor online or green box on the top screen but not the pop up at the bottom because I couldn’t click the back to dashboard button. And in the edit attendance can you also put image or photos as the attachment. No need files type only. Thank you for your effort!!
Auto log out and unable to sign in
Automatically being logged out and unable to sign in. No option to sign in. Only sign up. Sign up with my number is not possible to as i am an existing member. Deleting / reinstalling the app might cause lost of data , class records and commission. No pic / help support on the weekend. Anyone else facing the exact same issue?
Can't register
I can't even register n verify my mobile number. I didn't receive message to verify. I've tried multiple times
