COMMON ISSUES

Directed to app.singpass.gov.sg when tapping on the QR code during login?

This is due to a delay by iOS at times in retrieving the required configuration file (Apple-App-Site-Association, or AASA in short), which is necessary for QR code tapping (Universal Links) to work.

Here are some workarounds that worked well with other users experiencing the same issue:
• Try again later. Most users reported that iOS managed to retrieve the necessary configuration after some time.
• Restart the phone once (or twice), and wait for a couple minutes for iOS to initialise the Universal Links for the Singpass app (as well as all your other affected apps).
• Uninstall the Singpass app from your device, then download the app again from the official App Store.

This update includes bug fixes, performance and usability improvements.

The minimum iOS version to run Singpass app will soon be iOS 13. Please ensure your iOS is updated to iOS 13 or later to continue using Singpass app.

Checking Property tax record

Very easy to access all record.

Been inaccessible due to Singpass push notification no longer available

I am a foreigner user using this app for tax filing for property issue for the first time. I tried multiple times and left inaccessible because the message kept saying ‘Singpass app push notification no longer available’. Tried other alternate options such as Face recognition and won’t work. The deadline for tax submission is coming closer... maybe it is due to bug in this app. Please look into and fix this immediately.

Hi jyu33, to access a government digital service on your desktop, simply scan on the QR code on the login page using the Singpass app.

If you’re accessing the service from your mobile device instead, you may tap on the QR code in the login page and the app will be launched automatically. You may then verify your identity using your facial/fingerprint or 6-digit passcode to log in. Do try it out and let us know if you encounter further issues so we may be of assistance to you. Failed Singpass login

Unable to login. I got the following message 3 times: “Oops, we can’t find the page that you are trying to access””.
I first encountered difficulties using Singpass last month to file my income tax return with IRAS.
Now I cannot access my CPF account.
The process is not user friendly at all.
