Laggy when connected to the action cam

This app needs fixing..you guys have great action cams...but bad supportive software...i cant even take pictures on my sj7 when connected to sj zone app...

Bug

Hi I have a problem with the app where while I’m downloading the video it automatically quits the connection and I have to reconnect again,it has gone to a point where I can even finish downloading my video and the app disconnects I hope u can fix it ASAP thank you

Video downloaded become slomo video

Ho SJ support team. I’ve just had my SJ11. Whenever i download the video thru my sj cam app.
The video initially 3minutes long become 9minute long. The video turns to slomo video.

How to fix this. I need to download the video as it is during recording
