I just read a riview from one of subscribers.. i want to tell here that i also got the same issue.. I'm using this app just only for 1 time and I use the free 3 days trial.... and after 4-5days, on 22july I received a message payment deducted from my card for 1 week subscription. This is a really bad situation and I hope you can get me a explaination. I didn't click to auto renew or subscribe to any of your plan. The more craziest thing..today 29july..i've been charged once again by this STUPID app..i wasting my money rm100 just for online printer..this is disrespectful. I was thinking of getting scam by this..

We regret to hear about your experience and apologize for the inconvenience. However, it's important to note that a trial is followed by a subscription automatically as was stated during the initial signup.
Kindly note that subscription renewal does not depend on the customer's usage and any further payments should be canceled manually in the Apple ID settings:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
You can also easily request a refund by submitting a request to Apple:
1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the subscription, then choose Submit.
