Description
Smart Selangor Bus Programme was established by the Selangor State Government to provide an efficient and high quality public transportation service to its citizen. This programme was launched in July 2015 starting with 3 local authorities but it was later expanded to 11 authorities in 2016 due to overwhelming response from the public. A few criteria were set for Smart Selangor bus routes such as those area which has no access to commercial public bus service.
This mobile application is one of the Selangor state's initiative under the Smart Selangor Delivery Unit (SSDU) to enhance the service of Smart Selangor Bus for the benefit of bus passengers as it will enable them to plan their bus journey better. User of the application would be able to access all the Free Bus information provided by all local councils of Selangor state. Information such as Estimated Time of Arrival is provided for each of the bus stops covered by the Free Bus Service.

App not working
The app is not working, spinning all the while. There’s no alternative and no other way to get the schedule. It wasn’t like this, but it is now not functioning at all. Annoyed
After a year that I keep the above from sending out as review, it is still the same.
Lodged complaint at the selangor complaint portal and nothing happened.
So you are actually providing the service or not?
I can’t even find alternative schedule from the internet. Wonder how is the reflected in payments to your app developer and bus contractor.
Nightmare
App is a lot better now!
now it indicates the bus direction and how long before the bus reaches. Great improvement compared to last year, good job!
but would help if we can get the option to see full view of the route schematic without the actual map, easier to see, but still great job. Would also be great if it can mention where is the hub, so that we know when should we standby at our bus stop beforehand.
Terrible UI and experience
User interface is bad and unintuitive. It’s hard enough to find your stop, but it’s also hard to see the overall route. You have to scroll along the small window at the bottom.
Then it doesn’t even have any bus schedule. What good is saying the bus is 2 minutes away but it won’t actually move because the schedule doesnt say so.
I always have to instead refer to. A whatsapp group created by one of the employees for Kuala Selangor for any updates and schedule.
Just contract out Moovit or google to do your job please and terminate this app.
