Don’t think there’s a need for location as long as the plate number is there
My parents don’t really know much about parking app so I’m the one who is always paying for their parking. Before this (the previous app) no problem whatsover as long as I paid their parking using the car plate number from my phone whenever there’s a need for it. But now, I have to check again with my parents where they park because this app needs an exact location (like to a T). What the…why make life so difficult? Just check the plate number to see whether they pay or not only la.

cant pay using the cr balance
stupid app, i just reload to pay the saman, at the end tak boleh guna nak bayar guna cr balance. terpaksa bayar lagi. dan sekarang tak tahu mcmana nak dapatkan balik duit tu, since bukan stay di klang and selangor. please give option pay use cr balance money idiot. now my money stuck on the app. dont know how to withdraw it
