Still cannot delete previous unit posts

I've had a positive experience with the service and platform this app provides, but there are a few issues that need attention. Firstly, it's frustrating that owners can't delete previous unit posts, leading to a cluttered profile. This feature should be implemented for a smoother user experience.

Additionally, the description box is too small and not user-friendly. A more spacious and convenient text entry area would greatly improve the app. Despite these drawbacks, I still appreciate the app's services and platform.

Overall, it has potential, but some improvements are necessary to make it truly user-friendly.

New apps

Im in a process to move in this oct. i give 4 star for the customer service and the courtesy for this app. However it is (sometimes) too much when you keep asking for the updates through phone calls many time at once considering it is on working hours and people are busy with their work. Try to give a little space for people to search and explore other units first or perhaps you could help by suggesting other units if people said they’re still considering the unit to rent.

Less 1 star because the process and documentation was bad. The tenant and owner have the same problem to upload our docs to the apps and we need to email our docs. It is also ‘weird’ to ask for bank statement of the tenant considering it’s pnc for the tenant too. Now im waiting for my owner to upload her tenancy agreement which is still pending because the apps got problem to upload it.

“ the unit is available for all races “

The landlords are so racist. so far malaysia is one among the racist countries I have ever experienced so far despite the rule of no racial discrimination but if you submit the details and they see you’re an African there is no hope of you getting apartment I wonder why do we treat these people well when they visit our countries in Africa Because I think they don’t deserve the treatment. There is no point of landlords describing The unit is available for all races while it’s not and they know that it’s not available for all black races as well most of the Africans in Malaysia experience this all the time and it’s really heartbreaking Muslims believe in racial discrimination😡 it’s really unfair. being a black it doesn’t mean that I am poor imagining a black person staying or living in Malaysia means that I can afford living my life i can afford paying rent and everything you have to understand that. what I wish is the world to see this and to see that Malaysia is so racist.
