The reason that i use speedhome was because they have insurance coverage, so that u feel at peace. But unfortunately, they the one that decide how much they can cover. My tv broken when i rent my unit, and they said the insurance doesn't cover it. At the end they only cover around rm2000++ which is equivalent to the service that i paid them and also my one month rent. Seems like they will capped the refund according to the price u pay for them. That's why i said better to just get the 2 months deposit from the tenant, the foood old fashion way

I am extremely disappointed with SpeedHome now. I have been using SpeedHome for years now but recently I am so disappointed. First, tenant to whom they claimed background check gone MIA. I called the employer of the tenant and they told me he has already tendered long ago so this is not the correct information by SpeedHome if they have done the background check properly. Secondly, it took them approximately one month to manage the eviction and then I need to keep following up as the customer service is not connected to the claim team and claim team didn’t update the customer service and then operation team who is managing the flow is not updating both or following up on the task. I have so many potential tenants keep waiting to view and thanks to SpeedHome slowness, and disorganised team, who also keep repeating and asked me same question again and again via automatic email (without the courtesy from the operation or claim team) to contact and update the flow. I am not sure who is the current manager, basically he or she is not leading the team well. Compared to the past, my claim and process can be done much faster and organised! I am losing so much of money and potential tenant till today and they are not responding fast too. Pretending to have a ticketing system but what’s the point when the team isn’t even following up the case well??!!

when we ask they ask alrdy have tenant but still a month they ahave a ads This app is really good for buyers and renters, especially for renters who are sometimes desperate to move. The app can help a little as the house deposit is offered cheaply because it's not through an agent, but if it's a loan, I suggest that you increase the number of house offers because you're still looking for a house. The area I'm currently in only has 1 option, I hope my comments can help so that these apps can develop quickly

When we use bank direct transfer, the door number and home address will be indicated. Every transfer bill says that it can't be found. I don't know whether there is something wrong with their bank or their internal people are lazy to check. They forced you to have the latest startment for them to review. Our private bank statement has no right to review it like this, especially if we go abroad and pay the rent late, we will be fined. Maybe we will feel scared when we find someone to lock your door. I have all the information records, and we have the right to report this merchant to the police and KPDM. I hope some people see this massage must Seriously consider whether to rent or not.
