A little too many issue
For sometime now there has been many issues , have been using this app for few years and unfortunately it’s have been a negative experience and currently thinking of switching to other POS provider
There is no use of integrating other functions when the current system is weak. There is no current issue update if an issue is found and customer have to find out by themselves and panic even when the team is aware of it and there is no workaround/ communication.
Not every customer is IT savvy.
If an update / fix has been made, also please test it first at your back end environment before sending it out. This is frustrating for your customers to find out that an issue is not fix after updating the application.
No doubt that this POS system have some pretty good front and backend functionality but support/maintaining it current function should be worked on so that business don’t go on a Halt

bugs issue
overall the system is good simple to use and easy. But too many bugs, if want to clear the bugs issue we have to update. but once we update we got another new bugs issue. But the support team are very helpful

It doesn’t support iPad mini 6
The aspect ratio of the app for the iPad mini is not supported, can it update just to support the aspect ratio of this iPad? The system are fine so far I haven’t got any major issues
