The App keeps getting better
I have used this App for a little over a year. I will recommend this anyway anytime for the following reasons:
1. If you have a life outside the gym, then this is for you
2. If you want a simplified plan THAT ACTUALLY WORKS, then this is for you
3. If you are TIRED of all the ‘bro-science’ and just want a tried, true and tested approach to getting strong, staying fit and looking good, THEN THIS IS FOR YOU
4. Responses to issues have been spectacular! I requested for the ability for ramped sets sometime last year. When it was possible, I received a personal email informing me! That was when I knew this is the App I will use to track my training for the rest of my life!
5. In summary, if you are a 30+ yr old husband, dad, foreign worker, (basically neck deep busy) but wanting to get in shape, THIS IS FOR YOU!
Just don’t be the ‘wise’ guy, just do what the App tells you .. and in 3-4months, you will be surprised how you will look and feel!
