The appointment booking system is fantastic—super convenient for scheduling appointments for my parents and children. Love it! However there are a number of doctors that have not adopted the app appointment scheduling, which we have to call the clinic. Should get them transformed too:)

The scanned report that comes from the app and the link to view also only provides 3/4 of the entire report - thus you cannot see some critical words on the right side of the paper. This is the same even if you try to ‘download’ the report which is the same as using a web browser rather than the app. Also, can there be a possibility to provide option to get the dicom images of the scans? Its difficult to show any other doctor what is happening especially in event of emergency.

The entire application looks modern and easier to navigate. The user experience is much better compared to the previous version
