Whole system like rubbish

The response is slow like a turtle movement. The button program is not user-friendly,and using it a waste of other people’s time. The programmer’s operation is a waste idea.

After update to iOS 9.3 seems to have issue

Tableau keeps getting kicked out after trying to start. Please assist to fix
