Driver Issue

First of all, the driver was unfamiliar with the routes and keep asking me for the way to go. Not even using maps or waze. As I was using and guiding the driver.

2nd she not even know how to use the Nets payment method. She gave her phone and I have to guide and help her to pay.

Really feel so bad with this service and really unprofessional.

Terrible attitude

Driver dint even know where to place we are going and except us to walk and attitude is not good , make us feel car sick , having alcohol sitting in the car as well make us wonder is he drunk
