Ratings and Reviews
Not user friendly at all
It’s a worse cashless payment apps I haven’t ever use. There’s hundred of successful cashless payment apps out there, please study how people do before develop yours.
Tapngo is lack of support on some necessary function, even the verification process of upgrading to pro account is toublesome (HKID photo)
Top up money to account via bank and transfer to consumption voucher account is difficult.
No customer service stuff ans call at call centre.
