Cannot log in
I am using iPhone7 plus while I was opening the tapas app all I see is blank page and can’t even log in. And I redownload the app three times still no function. Please fixed this
Stop being so greedy, tapas!
Tapas used to be an app that's used to be the best when it comes to generousness when compared to others. Now, when you unlock a free episode, it will expire in 3 days. Back then, when you unlock it for free, you unlock it permanently. But now, when you want to watch back after 3 days, you need to wait either for the free episode or earn/buy inks.
However, now there's not even an option to earn inks other than do tasks like download an app and inviting friends/new users. It used to have the function to earn inks by watching ads, 30 per hour, which allows us to earn 300 inks per hour. The function is said to be back one week after November 6th after I asked customer service but now is November 20th and there's still no sign of it coming back.
Please focus on user experience and not on the profit earned. It's annoying!!! Now, I think webtoon is better since they allow you to watch the latest episodes for free. Tapas also becoming like other comic apps which all requires money.
I'm writing this review so that they will return the watch ads function and not change any other stuff in the future.

Edited my comment because of the latest update: yo why you taking away the watch ads for ink feature which we use to unlock chapters permanently just to replace it for a feature where you watch ads for 3 episodes per day that will be unlocked again after 3 days. You’re sick money grabber greedy people, man. You’re just driving people away from the app and make them justify pirating. You know people earned thousands of ink a day so they can unlock the chapters and that’s why you take it away to force them to spent money. Aint nobody got all the money man. We just want to support our authors. You’re so greedy. I am so disappointed in you TAPAS
I rarely write reviews but i just need to applaud tapas. Out of all webtoon apps i used, tapas is the best of them all although most of my favourite series are on tappy sobs. I love how easy it is to earn ink and TAPAS IS REALLY GENEROUS in giving ink and made it easier to support creators. I love that. Thank you TAPAS! Keep on bringing more beautifully drawn romance korean webtoons please and you’ll have my money ihiks. :)
