Description
Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom.
During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.

connection lost when sign in
there is a lot of issue when you using this app. it take a lot of time to connect even when using wifi. and for me, i cannot sign in and it says connection lost when im trying to sign in. before that, im trying to refresh the apps and cannot get that green screen using mobile data and i have to connect with wifi to get my status update. need to fix this problem ASAP. because people using it whenever we go around saudi arabia.
Review
the worst ever apps. i have been here for 3months , back and forth asking the MOH and Tawakalna. my immune status still not change to immune. even though my vaccinations have been approved by Kingdom. All conversations have been email to MOH. Suppose technology is helping us. but turnout this apps making a big problem for me. Very bad service from this kingdom
Login issue
It has been 3 days since last updated. I am stuck in loading whenever I try login.
Please update your software.
Not all premises / venues know your website login. I have been kick out for not using the app even I show the the web login.
