Hey there! Tilli here, it’s a pleasure to meet you! Thanks for considering downloading Tilli Conias Fitness (TC:F). Here’s why I think you’ll love my app (it also comes with a 7 Day FREE Trial).

Fitness made simple.

Train alongside with me as I provide workouts filmed from start to finish. Included in the workout videos are equipment requirements, reps & weights, modified movement suggestions, as well as ways to progress with the workout. Just press play and let’s help each other complete the workouts and get stronger.

But where to start? Every 3 weeks I release a Block that includes 3 new workouts. Your goal is to complete each of these workouts in a week and repeat these for the next 3 weeks. I provide suggestions for how to increase the “spiciness” if you’re up for a challenge, and there are always modifications if you have any limitations. After the 3 weeks, get ready for a whole new Block, and 3 brand new workouts. All previous Blocks are kept under the workouts tab if you ever feel like revisiting some of your favourites. There’s no requirement to start with our current Block so feel free to dive back through the library and mix things up.

As a mum of 2 girls and a business owner, I know our lives tend to get busy and stay busy. All my workouts range from 15-35mins long, which is all you need as long as you’re doing them consistently. I coach predominantly full-body workouts, although I do like programming arms and core specific routines, as well as incorporating a Pilates focus from time to time.

There is minimal equipment required for this program and ALL of it is accessible from local and online retailers. A few dumbbells, some resistance bands, a good mat (or towel), and a bench (or chair) ... that's all you need for the TC:F program. A list of my recommended equipment is on my website and lookout for an email when you sign-up. The truth is whatever you can get access to and afford will be more than adequate.

So… my philosophy when training my clients is that you need to LOVE doing it. It's not just important that you find a coach that you vibe with, but someone you can trust to be there for you along your journey. Included in the TC:F App is our community chat, a safe space for all members to help keep each other motivated. I am super active in there if you have questions about any of the exercises or movements. Be a pest!
