TGV Cinemas 4+

I don’t even know what I can do by downloading this app. I can't log in every time and it keeps saying the password is wrong. I changed my password and he also wrote the wrong password🙃. This time it was even more outrageous. I wrote the correct email address to change my password, but no email was ever sent to me to change my password. It was a beautiful day because I had to log in to this rubbish app, which made me feel very bad 🙂 🙂 🙂 . In contrast, the gcs app is more convenient. You can log in after changing your password. This app is terrible. I opened the app to buy tickets with the intention of going to the theater, but I couldn’t log in at all. It was a waste of my time. It would be better to watch GSC.

The app is nice but there are a couple of improvements that needs to be added. First of all, I would like the ability to add our movie tickets and our TGV Membership to Apple Wallet. It’ll be such a nice quality of life change to have! Second of all, I would like to be able to scan my physical ticket and add it to the app as sometimes people might lose their ticket or would like to have it in the app’s transaction history Lastly, I know that you would like to advertise the movies when you first open the app by but could you maybe give us an option to toggle it off (since sometimes people are in a queue and need to quickly access their tickets)

Honestly better delete this app, no use having this app for customers because it is so so so bad, everytime after payment page it will gateway timeout then did not record any transaction and also movie money, money taken but no ticket, waste our time to go to the cinema to sort it out! The reason to have the app is for convenience so that customer can purchase their ticket easily without having to go to cinema but instead this app create extra workload for their customer! Would have give -5 stars if there's a choice!
