Worst app ever
It happened on a Christmas night, where I checked through TGV app and wanted to go for Ipman 4 pm 25th at 12:30am (this is the time shown on app) hence we proceed to One Utama TGV to make our purchase through TnG as they have this all day movie at RM10. Went over to the counter and they told us no such timing and the show has been canceled. Okay, never mind, we made our way to another mall Encorp strand mall, again, went over to the counter and the person say the app server and the actual timing doesn’t sync and the server for app is not updated. Then why bother having a movie app when it’s not updated? Waste of our effort to make 2 disappointing trips. Please relook into this issue!
Dear Developers for TGV App,
Your management should do something about the app and how you guys use PDPA. I understand that there is something about your policy but changing Email and DOB should be at ease and customers right. Why should we gave you our IC just to change our DOB and why can't we change our email whenever we want? Your team is like doing some trickery here. I mean we all been through registration before and if we see some details wrong we would edit it. No problem acquired. This kind of policies/procedures usually used by the government which you have to contact Customer Service to change data. It's weird when it is used by an entertainment company. Super weird. Hope to see improvements from you guys though. Preferably as soon as possible. It is no use to be providing the best experiences for watching movies but lack of customer service attention.
Worst Online Transaction!
It happened to me finally today! I purchased a ticket for a show at 6.15PM dated 14th Aug 2019. I have paid via Maybank2U and successfully deducted. Anyhow, right after continued with transaction and supposed automatically to go back to the apps and get my ticket, it shows error and transaction failure! Wtheck?!! My money has been deducted, My ticket doesn’t show in apps and been called their Customer Service bout 1000xx times and no one is answering. Oh ! I even sent my feedback via email and yes, no respond from the team at all!! Worst ever! Never happen to me and this is my very first time and all I can say is I’M DISAPPOINTED! 😡😡😡
