I have been subscribing print copy of FD, tried digital version as print copy discontinued. The experience of using online copy is really terrible.
Same to weekly, print copy is miles better than online copy. Pls compare NYTimes for how to do good it online, don’t just scan the whole copy & put it online.
The online reading experience for both daily & weekly is totally unacceptable.
Bad interface
1) All the icon at the bottom jumbled up and stack together
2) after automatic deleting old edition of issues, the whole app just “hang” and not working at all. I have to close the app and reopen it to read the latest issue.
Pls fix it, it has been status quo for more than half year.
Interface issue
There’s an issue with the icons, they stack together and it looks clumsy. Jumping to the next day is impossible, so closing the app after a read is inevitable, takes away the joy of reading
