The app is sooo friendly user , but only the promotional tools need to be upgraded so we can edit thru fon directly. please upgrade the system so many sellers can edit or add the discount etc

Slow customer services

Its really hard to communicate with their team. You need to chat with agent from 11AM-7PM and you need to wait for them or else they will leave chat after 2-3 minutes of waiting. Then, you need to do the same cycle over and over. You need to start chat again with another agent. Then, they ask the same question

Customer services is bad, need to wait 3-5 working days to investigate the withdrawal issue BUT after that still no solution given. The answer will be the same,

1) wait 3-5 working days
2) we will inform the finance team
3) We will open ticket
4) Can we get your information (eventhough you already provide the information)

No proper guidance and reason why this issue can happen

Really disappointed with the team

Hope can improve customer services and please try to use call service to ensure the team can help the seller and the seller able to inform their issue better.

Or else the issue will passed agent to another agent and finance to another finance.

Batch Print Setting In Apps

Hi Tiktok, i would like to highlight to you that previously i did batch printing in apps easily with the actual size to my printer, unfortunately since updated apps and now i need to print one by one cause the actual size of A6 become A4, i need to download A6 size from website one by one.

I have tried to spoke to customer services but they told this is my printer problem which i tried few phone also get same result, if you were here and saw this message, wish you can do something on it. Thank you and have a nice day.
