I just create a TillJannah account by sign in via Gmail on browser.

I have installed TillJannah app.

The problem is when i want to sign in, there is only one login option which needs to enter email and password. There is no gmail sign option.

I couldnt sign in even i try to register a new account, it detects that the email has been registered.

Hope developer team improve more on this.

Thank you for creating this app. I like the simple interface.

As a paid service, I don't think we expected so much of loading issue and laggy app. Few other improvements that team can look into:

1) If banner notification is enabled- do make the banner shows message completely. Kenapa hanya boleh nampak macam 2-3 huruf on banner, the rest kena masuk app but app lag from iOS 15 - 16

2) More user friendly filter

3) Delete thread from a candidate - takes too long to process, end up thread is not deleted

4) If system is undergoing maintenance, can put banner on main interface with expected time to be rectified/ just noti that it's going maintenance

Masa saya hantar mesej dah lebih 5 jam tapi sistem tunjuk saya hantar mesej 2 jam yg lalu. I got the notification that there's a new message after that tapi mesej tu takda pun dalam thread .__.

it’s like the apps is being managed by interns. lagging here and there. unpleasant and annoying experience with the apps. tak faham kenapa apps ni dah bertahun2 tapi macam tak ada penambahbaikan. nak delete message pn kena tunggu >15 seconds. nak set default kriteria calon pn tak boleh. kena refresh each time. orang yang rajin pakai apps ni either sangat sabar atau tak pernah guna other dating apps lol I really feel like I wasted my money subscribing for the premium account.
