Unable to login anymore
Same as another customer, i used to be able to use the app for many years. Until this one time I reached out to customer service to say I can’t seem to access wifi manager within the app to change my passwords, they asked that I log out and in again. Upon following that instruction, I could no longer login, only getting a pop up that says the app is for home user only, not business. But I have a home broadband service. Contacted customer service again and they said they will escalate and get back to me, but it’s been a few months I havent heard back from them.
Can’t lock in
Today I spent 20-30 minutes changing passwords etc to get into the app, all wasted effort.
I decided to try the website with the same credentials, and I immediately got inside and could access all my information.
If you can’t make an app on par with your website you should do one of 2 things.
1. Admit defeat and close your app
2. Fire your entire app department and hire some people that takes pride in their work
Not up to date
Details are not up to date, stated there i did not pay for the previous month. I had to redownload the old app to make sure. What is the purpose of using two apps if its not sync? Please fix it as it is very misleading.
