Unable to view and pay bills in the app, the buttons simply not working.
Overall I find the app not really useful, mobile selfcare website shows more info.

The password input section doesn’t accept special characters so I couldn’t login but the login from normal browser accepts special characters of which I managed to login.
If your password has special characters, then you will not be able to login into this app until the developer fixes this issue.
Separately, from the review of another user, this app needs to incorporate the rewards feature which is available in the browser view.

Unable to make payment from apps
This apps used to be very user friendly, but recently I couldn’t make payment from the apps it says my phone required to enable cookies for my browser and I did which was a default setting all this while. This has become so inconvenience. I hope you can do something to fix it. FYI I have tried reinstalling the apps and it’s not working still.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
