Cant open on iPadOS13
The app is good, my kid liked it but now, it straightaway closed when I open it. iPadOS13. Please fix ASAP or refund my remaining subscription please.

Unknown subscription
I installed the app by clicking on trial for 15days. And it’s not even 15days and I’ve already received a receipt on my mail.. and I’ve even uninstall the app.. so how it is even possible? This is very disappointing.. how do I even cancel this thing and why was I invoiced for some trial?
I’ve Already cancelled my subscription.. but it says that I can access it till Dec2019. My trial is not even expired and I did not agree to purchase it but Just to Try It Out. I don’t understand how this app goes when it says trial and next thing you know is you get and invoice? Why say TRIAL then?
This is totally cheating and I feel cheated.
You guys didn’t even give an option to cancel subscription before renewing the purchase. This is not right. And then you say free for a week. The app was uninstalled within a day!

Unknow subscription and auto renew to highest fees
I am super very frustrated on this apps, i dont even have change to let my son test over due to my busy. And this apps will auto renew without pop up any reminder. And the worse part is , it auto subscript with the annual pass.... it cause the highest in the range. When i get to know from my bank call me for verify. I got no way to stop and get refund. Dont download for test unless u set reminded to cancel the subscription. Most costly apps i have before. And get cheated.
