Good way to shop from home
Been using it ever since the stay at home cause of the pandemic, bought lots of stuff and received it as how i was hoping it should be. Will keep on using tokopedia to shop for now. Well done
The most horrible and worst service online platform
Dear toped, my order missing while in transit, there is no respond when asking the courier , instead after file the complaint then only admit that the parcel has been missing. Still fine. It’s been 2 month since file the complaint, until to date yet to receive the refund. No customer service would respond either . The last reply was 1 month ago asking to be patience and wait. This is the worst service I met in the online platform. There is no way able to get in touch with your live agent anyway. If do the same answer will be given not the solution. Keep pushing your responsibility to the courier. Are you sure you are reliable online platform? Please expedite your action refund my money!
