Tonewow 2.0 is extremely unreliable. The application keeps crashing repeatedly, making it almost impossible to use for actual work. Stability is very poor and clearly not production-ready.What makes the experience worse is the IT support, which is frankly useless. Support staff, including Hafidz Arif, provide no meaningful assistance. Communication is minimal, lacks accountability, and offers no real solution or outcome. Customers are left hanging with explanations instead of fixes.As a user, I don’t need excuses or suggestions that lead nowhere — I need results. Unfortunately, there has been zero resolution, zero ownership, and zero improvement.Suggestions (Result-Driven):•Fix application stability before releasing updates•Assign IT support staff who can actually troubleshoot and resolve issues•Track cases until real closure, not just responses•Improve communication quality — silence and vague replies are unacceptableAt its current state, Tonewow 2.0 fails both technically and in customer support. Serious improvements are needed if this application is to be taken seriously.
