Description
Total Productive Maintenance, a tools to reduce downtime and increase productivity. Tracking down loss time like Equipment Failure, Setup and Adjustments, Idling and Minor Stoppages etc in the "Six Major Losses". Operator performance that contibute to the major part of these loss time include Un-Attended downtime, Waiting For Assistance, Repair time can also be tracked and analysed. With "Messaging" and "Push Notification" downtime events is immediately alerted the relanvant personel to recover the equipment as fast as possible. Data can also be exported in PDF and Excel
format for presentation or further analysis into OEE - Equiptment Effeciency, MTBF - Meantime Between Failure and MTBA - Meantime Between Assist. It makes a good tools for Industrial Revolution 4.0 implementation.
