Love and hate

I love this game, I have been playing China server and really glad that u guys brought it in. I though I could finally play without vpn, and the nightmare started.
Login claim daily reward crash, login again gacha weapons crash, login again click to view bounty quest crash, login again view map for bounty quest location crash again.
I’m really desperate for this situation, I’m using iPhone 13 which just bought last year the spec should still be good why is this happening?
I had no problem playing this game in China server since they launched, so disappointed…

A game worth investing your time into

The only issue I have with this game is it’s new player experience. When you start off, you will find it very hard to progress your character. Not because of timegated events but more so because of how hard most of the content in the game is. Frontier clash hard mode, Joint Operations lvl 7+, Bygone Phantasm etc. all reward good upgrade materials for your character but you need to be strong enough to complete them which is something impossible for a new player. But week by week as you spend your Vitality, Crystal Dust & whatever level of bygone phantasm you can clear, you will get stronger slowly. It feels horrible being weak when starting out and you’ll definitely stay in the beginner phase for quite a long time. But once you get to the average level of strength, that’s when the game gets fun. All the harder contents are now doable and you get to test your builds really well against multiple enemies that don’t just die in 1 sec. The grind for this game is quite big for a gacha game there’s alot of things to do to improve your character. Crew is really important so make sure to join the top 10 most active crew otherwise you’ll be wasting free gacha pulls because of inactive crew members not contributing to get the free gacha pulls every week.

Crashing issues, Developer incompetency

The game has so many servers, yet it seems as if each server can handle one person at a time. The game proceeds to soft lock itself upon entering a cutscene in the tutorial and will not let you complete the whole thing. It’s completely unfair when they offer so many rewards for people who play the game at this stage, but not have the competency to make the game actually playable. Device capability is a different issue, but it’s common news at this point that even some high end devices crash and get soft locked out the game. Ones that can offer MUCH more demanding games other than this. The game promised such big things, and it seemed like it was going to deliver. But not even Fallout 76 straight up locks you out of the game before you can even complete a tutorial. Not to mention at a cutscene that isn’t even that demanding. At the state of how unpolished and trashy the game is, this game is just another overhyped fad. If only they made a game that can actually be played…
