Fast and reliable
Its really a good apps for those in the hurry. Always managed to get my flight ticket in less than 3 minutes. Just make sure your CC is credit worthy still. Nothing compares for now, not even those specific airlines apps.
Bad Customer Service Handling Ever!!
Though the apps is awesome, your customer service handling is the worst I ever experienced! Due to the bug in your system, my flight ticket was in problem. I purchased the highest upgrade package Malaysia Airlines offer (Flexi - unlimited reschedule, full refundable, 35kh bagage allowance). Due to integration bug in your system, MAS said i only purchased the Basic package (no reschedule policy, non refundable, 0kg bagage allowance). Your customer service very slow response, and only provided me solution in the very last minute!! More over, the solution was still put burden to me as customer!! Instead providing me what I purchased, you guys asked me to Purchased myself additional bagage allowance and claim to you! You should give me a new ticket instead!! Not only that, you ignore my reschedule policy and the refundable pckage which I already paid for!! Sorry Traveloka, as a loyal customer, now I know you are not as good as the Front End looks like (your apps awesome though), but if any customer that have problem you treated like this, this is embarassing!!! So called Unicorn. You need to learn more in customer service area.

Slow refund process
I WILL MEVER EVER BOOK HOTEL OR FLIGHT USING THIS APPS ANYMORE!! I book a hotel that can cancel before a certain time and was booked by using my debit card , and it already deducted my money. However due to certain reasons i have to delay my trip and i have to cancel the booking and it supposed to refund back my money. From 6May until now, the send me email like such:” We are pleased to inform you that the refund is on process and this prcess takes 2 TO A MAXIMUM OF 5 WORKING DAYS depends on the respective banks regulation.” And now it’s already 25 May, and i send email to ask, you asked me to contact my bank for further clarification.
I NEVER EVER MET THIS KIND OF PROBLEM BEFORE ON OTHER APPS, online shopping apps or booking hotel apps, all refund money less than a week.
