Starting from the beginning

Why do the questions for every category I’m in restart whenever I exit out to the category selection menu, it’s so annoying that I have to restart from question 1 all over again if I exit on the 49th.
And not to mention the slow animations adds more annoyance as I can’t quickly swipe through the questions I’ve already answered, it’s just terribly designed. I do not need a prompt to let me know I got it correct every time. I’m ok with the ones which are incorrect because at least it’s showing me what the actual answer is. Please consider changing this.
