1. Individual Malaysian with NRIC or Non-Malaysian with valid passport or PR pass and at the time of sign up is 18 years of age or older.

2. A registered local enterprise, company or co-op engaging in precious metal trade, industry manufacturing to procure precious raw material, licensed pawn shop operators and bespoke custom jewellers.
