UiTM Digital Campus 4+

Uitm student app can be super duper helpful if it is compact and efficient. Students need access to fast info however, the app doesn’t seem to do much (eg: we need to download another app after downloading this app to see our results.../many features are not included) some suggestions include:

1. Connect with our student card (can scan to enter library/cinemas/coupon, etc)
2. Functions like the student portal - can pay bills, course registration, view results, open ilearn, etc.
3. Include icress to guide course registration process (opt)

Additional features:
1. Track the books we borrowed from library
2. UiTM pay (go cashless at UiTM’s cafeterias through VISA/ UiTM pay)

1. What’s the purpose of this app again? To download other uitm apps is it? Why not just centralise all the istudent ilearn and all that in one app?

2. The login page should be your landing page lah aiyoo. The latest version has UI improvement, but you guys didn’t do a flowchart planning first ke during UI improvement?

3. UiTM has many branches all over Malaysia. Guess how many students we have? And seeing as you guys don’t send emails for exam results, guess how many students will access your site during this time? Upgrade your server, use more bandwidth. 10+ years and still the same. You already know during exam result will be your traffic peak time right?

4. Apps-wise, no one monitoring update ke? Last updated 2 years ago. Guess how many updates our phones have in this time period? Ofcourse will got compatibility issues kan. Don’t create an app just for the sake of making an app, and then bangga huiyoo uitm got own apps. Later on the apps itself is unusable. Malu lah dekat orang luar. Think about maintenance also.

Come on UiTM. Be better. Do better.

Obv its a new developing app but if they were to ask student to start using it, at least make it useful. The app will direct you on other digital app related to UITM that u need to install but when clicking to istudent, the link come up normally but when I need to install it (app store).. it. does. not. work.... So I dont know how they can let this happen, my friends who are downloading using play store had no issues, only deal with traffic issue so at times where they need to check the result, it would freeze up. Overall, i think it needs a lot to improve.
