Need to re-login for an update
I need to log out and re-login back again if I want to see an update in the app. For instance, i need to log out and login again in order to see my pending bills and to pay them thru apps. If not, the pending bills always states RM0 amount. Also after done with payment, i have to logout and login again to see if the bills has been cleared. Please fix this. It has been 2-3 months since i'm aware of this but nothing much has changed, because i thought unifi team is working on it.

I am really sorry for not being able to give this app even half a star because I just installed it about ten minutes ago and in that time I keyed in my email address over and over because the stupid thing was telling me there was no such address , I am using that address countless times daily and now this but it was to be expected because it is Malaysian made or Malaysia boleh which is a load of crap . Unifi has been screwing me on a monthly basis because the air around us does not belong to any government or company and here we are paying for air waves and still not getting what was promised in the agreement but that’s the government for you , always waiting to screw the citizens in any possible way , sad but true . So Unifi please at least provide what we are paying for because you yourself are not buying it ! It’s free just like how the radio air waves work the sa,e theory applies here so stop fooling around and be honest.

Lousy live chat
I received my unifi sim card and was asked by the telemarketing person to wait for the sms from my current service provider. I didn’t receive any sms and suddenly this evening I got an sms from unifi saying that my switch being denied as I didn’t reply the sms from my service provider. How on earth can I reply when I never receive any?!!
I tried and tried to use the live chat but nobody answered.
And suddenly my line shows No Service. Well, I thought out of misery my switch has been approved so I changed my sim card to unifi.
After almost 2 hours waiting and it was still indicated as No Service. Now tell me how am I going to be online tomorrow? At home yes, I got wifi. Outside?
I can’t online, I can’t even call 100. What am I supposed to do then??
