Back previous years one of Unifi Mobile Bebas best concept is as long you use the number either call, SMS or mobile data, your number will keep active and not expire, unless you stop using your number after 2-3 month will desctivated before expire.

After they remove that unique feature, Unifi Mobile Bebas now become not very worth to use. Everything plan and add on is expensive and their internet 4G coverage (and also 5G) are also not good. Other competitor offer better prepaid plan and some even offer voucher reward. Just trying back Unifi Mobile Bebas last month and pretty disappointed about removed feature ‘number active as long you using it’. Guess I’ll leave this telco at the end of this month.

Bro what’s with this app, dont get me wrong it’s easy to use but do you really have to update this app almost everyday? Is it really necessary? Im so done with it every time I open this app it would tell me to update like almost everyday? Come on la, I never give any reviews ever since I was primary bro literally none but this app made me do it, literally hilang sabar with it genuinely and I gave it two star because I like to use this app it’s easy to use but ughh the updates ruin everything

I’m sorry, but how can TM being the primary, probably the longest ISP in Malaysia still can’t manage to develop a decent app? I’ve been with you for 3 different accounts now and recently got offered this sim. Was hoping that this to be reliable but I still need to depend on my old number in my other phone. Juggling between 2 apps that needs constant update but barely works is making me want to switch. Such a shame bcs I honestly thought 1 app to manage home and mobile account at the same time would be so convenient for both of us. Also, no coverage while using waze/online meeting is just too much. So pls, show this to whoever made the decision to create additional app for mobile service and, get him/her to seek professional help which is a psychiatrist.
