Crashing app on iPhone new iOS

It’s been over 2-3 years, and I’m logging in from overseas & this app crashes all the time.. it’ll be a few minutes before the entire app just shuts off ? It doenst happen to any other app just UOB TMWR …. Is there anything u guys can do about it ?

We would like to check the trouble shooting logs from your app to investigate this issue. Please check if you are able to access the pre-login page, click on "Support", scroll down and click on "Contact Us" and select "Send trouble logs" with "App store review: Katherine85" as email title. Our developers will check on the logs and review.

App has been under “maintenance” forever?

I’ve tried logging in to the App since… probably last month? Whenever I want to login, a pop-up stating that there’s problem on their side. They’re fixing it bla bla bla. I’ve even called UOB customer service a few times but problem wasn’t solved at all. I’ve been told to delete and reinstall the App but unfortunately still not working. I couldn’t have access to my account through the App and couldn’t perform transaction with it.

Find local device keeep pop out

Please fix this it’s been a year still keep poping out the find local device message

Dear Jason 0813,

For the "connect to devices on local network" prompt issue, our team ran tests on this and noticed that the pop up appears due to the recent update by Apple. We have found a possible solution to this. If you tap on "OK" or "Don't allow" at least once, the pop up will not be shown anymore.

Tap OK to grant the app access to your local network. If you don’t want to allow access, or if it’s not clear to you why the app needs access, you can tap Don’t Allow. The app can still use the internet in this case.



At any time, you can change your mind and allow or revoke an app's access to the local network. In Settings, go to Privacy > Local Network to see a list of every app that requested access.
