App crashes. App Support leads to a Page Not Found.
So I expected UPS to provide more excellence here. When I try to track a shipment, the app crashes and I’m taken to my iOS home screen. I retried several times but it’s the same again and again.
I attempted to reach “App Support” via the link in the App Store. It leads to a page at the UPS website which says “Page not found”. 😖
Am on iOS 15.4 / iPh12.
Hope that UPS can look into this. Thanks.
Terrible. Can’t even open the app
Used to work but now just shows a white screen and then crashes after 10 seconds. What gives?
Improved over the years
Super glad how the app is easy, efficient and seamless to use now. I can now track the estimated delivery window/time of my parcel and I also get notifications about my shipments. Thanks for the improvements, UPS!
