·游泳训练计划库经常会更新，可以了解不同风格的训练方法。
·可以为自己建立不同内容的训练模块，多个模块将组成你的训练计划。
·在每个训练单元进行的时候，点击计时键，对应的时间和速度等数据就会显现。
·当训练结束后，所有的训练时间和速度都会做好统计。
