Easy to Use
A simple but effective layout. Easy to understand and navigate, making it a pleasant experience. Should have a look at the bug at payment tho. But awesome overall.
Poor design and misleading
The app only allows user to drop pin but not type in address manually. It’s intuitive except that the address that pops up is inaccurate, I.e. wrong road name. I had to type a long message at the ‘remark’ for my order. And the rider was super confused (or can’t understand), had to call me and ask me to WhatsApp him my address. If anyone pondered, you do not get double of what you load to the wallet. The picture is simply misleading.
Convenient to use
A bit simple design apps, easy to use but might need more update to fix the bugs. Also need more updates to fix the payment issues.
