Viber issue
I been using Viber quite long, but after update my viber i can’t get incoming messages like normally i get. Nowdays i need to go into the app then only i can get my messages. Its very inconvenient. The message system will be okay when i on viber call it will be normal. Kindly look into this guys.. giving me a hard time.. This is the best platform hope you guys take note about this. Im using iphone 11 pro max.. Adios 👍

No notification
The notifications is not shown until I open the apps. Even if I uninstall and download again the problem still the same.. even if I open the apps, it take some time to load only can receive the message.. have to keep open the apps to check whether did I receive any messages… The message sent sometimes can’t reach to my friends, it just show one tick until he open the apps and load the message..

Viber Fail to Open Chat on Iphone 7plus latest update
Hi, regarding the issue Viber Apps on Iphone 7plus updated 13.1.2. I can't view my chat. Need to re-start my devise few time and it will happen again and again. I believe your team have an solution for this. I do not have an issue before latest updates
