Issues: 1. Repeated problem when trying to top up 2. Inconsistent interface. Some menu have picture, most don’t. 3. Pretty bad implementation. All item from canteen shows “open item”. No useful information for parents to monitor. 4. Again, reload process is very bad. Tried whole morning, unable to reload. 5. Schools should consider other service provider. Vircle is unreliable at best.

Got introduced to Vircle by a friend and decided to sign up for their Visa card since there’s a 45-day trial. I have two kids but I got them to share the card when they are out with us or with friends. They really like the freedom to spend their own money and I like how I can always see what they eat. Very convenient way for me to give them allowance and still monitor what they do. There are just so many scams out there and I’m ok with giving them this card for their online purchases since they can’t overspend, unlike credit cards 🥲 Would definitely recommend this to friends.

So happy with this app, parents can easily allocate funds to their children while maintaining control and oversight of their spending. Through the app, I as a parent can create individual accounts for each child, set spending limits, and monitor transactions in real time. This feature aims to educate children about financial literacy skills while also providing parents with peace of mind knowing their children are using money responsibly.
