Apps je bg 3bintang sbb susah nak communicate dgn pegawai. And xda black and white. So far tq for the apps, senang nak buat aduan and pdrm 10stars sbb effisien kaw. Lepas 30minit terus call and akan keep on hantar rondaan. Sorry look bit like racist can please stop drink alcohol at public and open lagu dalam kereta kuat2, if its chinese or malay i can sound la. But if its indian cannot la bro, memang akan gado la. Please train ur family to not be rude. We are malaysian ma, respect each others.

I was annoyed by a group of people making noise and playing firecracker at 3 something in the morning outside my house. Decided to install this app but I was skeptical at first whether police will come. I made a report with this app, and within 10 minutes got police car come and warn them. As for the TAC, I didn’t get at first but waited a few minutes and request again before I get it.

By using VSP apps requested rondaan polis for balik kampung upon festival holiday CNY 2020. We are truly satisfy the services provided by PDRM which we have been informed by our neighbor , the patrol cars had visited our premise every days since the day we left our premise till we return home.

Also we found multiple rondaan notis by on duty police officers who have visit our premise indicate that the date & time of visit, current home condition, vehicles , on duty officer detail and others .

We strongly recommend this useful platform VSP provided by PDRM to public . The VSP is trusted and effectively apps so far available to ensure good relationship between PDRM and public accordingly.
