Water Reminder not working properly, is it a scam?

I’ve paid for life time access $24.99 yesterday, It’s been many hours but its still doesn’t work. Is this for real? I’ve tried to send you e-mail via your ‘Send Feedback’ link but it came back failure! It says your e-mail has been disabled?! Your app doesn’t work properly too, I can only add water..the rest kept direct me to the offer page. What’s going on here? Please response to this review and I want my refund ASAP. -Natassia

Wow and I’ve tried to put more than random 30 different nicknames and click send. Guess what. All that nicknames are taken?! So basically I can’t even send this review at all. No way of contacting you developer. Great. Now I want my REFUND for sure.
