We are excited to deliver an update to the WeatherPro iOS app. This release includes: • Issues with the user’s current location • Random app crashes • Removal of Netatmo weather station • Various bug fixes

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. The live webcam images from webcams.travel are now also available for the iPad and can be accessed via the new webcam icon on the top toolbar. We hope you enjoy using WeatherPro and we thank you for any feedback!

• Right on time for the Apple release, the app now supports iOS 10 and its most important features! • For iOS 10 we implemented rich notifications so you can now easily preview our weather news from the lock screen as well as from the notification center. • Additionally, we improved the design of the widget for iOS 10, which you can now also quickly access with 3D Touch directly from the app icon. • You can now hide the favourites list (via the magnifying glass in the upper left corner) and the current weather information (via the arrow in the upper right corner) to enable the fullscreen mode of the charts or radar/satellite view. • The severe weather warnings can now be accessed via the current weather data in the upper part of the weather overview. • You can sort the charts to adjust the order of the presented weather parameters. • We fixed some bugs causing the app to crash. You had to wait a long time for this major update – but be sure it was worth waiting for! In line with the new guidelines from Apple, WeatherPro for iPad has been optimised to make the most of the brand new iOS 9 functionality. • Besides several performance improvements, WeatherPro for iPad now supports the new Slide Over and Split View multitasking functionality, both enabling you to work more productively as you can open and work in a second app without leaving the one you’re in. • Additionally WeatherPro for iPad is now connected to iOS spotlight. Use the system search function to find and access one of the locations in your favourites list. • The current weather conditions is now shown in the upper part of the weather overview, no matter if you use the portrait or landscape mode. •To simplify the usage of WeatherPro for iPad, the favourites list is now displayed on the left and always visible even if you use the maps or radar and satellite animations. Switch directly between your favourite locations and see how the shown map part immediately changes too. • Finally we decided to unlock the radar and satellite layers within the high resolution maps. So give it a try and check out the latest radar and satellite images for free. Of course the standard radar and satellite feature (“Rad/Sat” tab) is still available to all WeatherPro users! Also new in WeatherPro for iPad 3.1: •Added to the forecast screen are a dynamic 18 hour forecast and radar preview tile (satellite view if radar unavailable). Premium subscribers can customise the new radar tile to preview any of the weather maps. •The Premium option also has a brief weather overview on the lockscreen which is automatically refreshed – ‘Notification Center’ must be enabled in app settings and app must run in the background. Connect to your Personal Weather Stations: MeteoGroup has teamed up with Netatmo, the developers of the first ever Personal Weather Station to work in conjunction with an app. The Netatmo Weather Stations come with indoor and outdoor sensors which monitor weather and air quality, measuring CO 2 concentration, noise pollution, humidity and more. Netatmo Weather Stations are available worldwide and you can now access the information from all of your personal sensors using WeatherPro.
